My name is Wes Thompson. I am a U.S. Army veteran and entrepreneur looking to acquire a business to lead over my career (20+ years).

I have built a career around building highly cohesive, capable, and passionate teams that produce results and operate with integrity. My goal is to serve the legacy of the founder and interests of the employees through the growth, performance, and good stewardship of their business for generations to come.

The business I buy will not be part of a portfolio of companies. I will move to the location of the business and dedicate 100% of my time and energy to managing its day-to-day operations. I have been fortunate to have found investors eager to back me for this pursuit.
