Criteria:

I'm looking for a healthy and stable business to acquire, grow, and commit my career to. With funding in place, I have the experience, support, and zeal to move quickly to close.

The business I am looking for meet the following criteria:

• Approximate annual revenue between $3,000,000 and $25,000,000

• $750,000 to $3,000,000 annual cash flow (pre-tax operating profit including the owner’s salary)

• Profit margin > 10%

• Low customer concentration (no single customer represents 15% or more of revenue)

• Lower vendor concentration (no single vendor represents 50% or more of purchases)

• Ready for a transition to new ownership

After close, I will relocate to the business to lead the business with full commitment to responsible values based service. I am dedicated to the continued success of the business’s employees, customers, and surrounding community through successful growth over the long term.
